We customize and prepare product samples at no initial formulation charge, with clients only covering the baseline delivery cost. Mold tooling charges may apply if a unique packaging shape is requested.
We look forward to hosting local and international guests. Upon arrival, we assist with hotel reservations and pick-up transport, and can even arrange tours of nearby areas during your stay.
We track shipping status proactively. Should any formulation, packaging, or design discrepancy arise upon delivery, we will collaborate directly with your team to quickly resolve the issue.
A: We are an established, dedicated manufacturing factory. You are welcome to visit our facility to view the production floor, research laboratory, and meet with our formulation chemists.
A: Standard production run MOQs typically range from 500kg to 1,000kg depending on your requested raw materials, bottle sizes, and custom packaging designs.
A: Raw formula sample adjustments take approximately 4 to 7 days. Final samples with custom brand packaging layout designs may require additional time for printing prep.
A: We generally work on a T/T basis (30% advance deposit with the remaining 70% balance paid prior to shipment). Alternative terms can be negotiated for large bulk contracts.
A: The active toning pigments are specially designed to neutralize yellow tones in blonde, grey, platinum, or bleached hair. It will not visibly lighten or shift colors on dark brown or black hair.
A: We suggest using it 1 to 2 times a week to keep blonde or silver hair cool-toned, alternating with a nourishing, color-safe shampoo to maintain moisture balance.
