1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory with our own production base and lab. We have specialized in this field for over 25 years.
2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in China. All of our clients are warmly welcome to visit.
3. How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, while the samples are free; this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
B: Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your collection account.
4. What is the delivery time?
2 days for stock item, production need 5-7 working days normally, for 5 containers or more need 15-20 days, detail delivery date should be decided according to production season and order quantity.
5. Is your product effective and safe?
Yes, we choose safe and effective materials that can be used in most regions and countries for toiletries. We have done a lot of work in the research and development phase to obtain clinical data to confirm the effectiveness of our product.
6. Can I have a private label?
Yes, of course, you can make your own labels and packaging. If you need to design packaging, we also have professional designers to serve you.
